Multi-award-winning Television Producer Jesse Schewchuk, is the Founder and CEO of Modern Muse Media, a leading Content Creation Training Agency. With over 20 years of experience in television, this *Top 40 Under 40* recipient, empowers professionals to leverage video for impactful branding. In her wellness journey, which she shares in her keynote, Jesse navigated early-onset menopause and was hospitalized twice for burnout and pneumonia. Her experiences led her to embrace radical self-care, vulnerability, and the importance of asking for help.
Now, through her non-profit, The Menopause Mission, Jesse is dedicated to supporting others in their own health journeys. Her passion lies in educating, empowering, and elevating others through authenticity, storytelling, and connection, with a focus on wellness at every stage of life.
