As this year comes to a close, I’m reflecting on a season of shedding, simplification, and transformation. In the Lunar calendar, the Year of the Snake represents wisdom, intuition, and renewal — a time to slow down, let go of what no longer fits, and create clarity from the inside out.
And that’s exactly what this year has been for me.
From major life changes and closing chapters, to rebuilding — both literally and figuratively — this episode is a look back at a year of reflection, realignment, and meaningful transitions. It’s also a look ahead.
Because what follows a Snake year is the Year of the Horse — a year traditionally associated with momentum, energy, and forward motion. After a season of clarity, comes a season of action.
I’m sharing what I’m leaving behind, what I’m carrying forward, and what’s taking shape as we head into 2026 — including the evolution of my work, the Idaho Real Estate Investor Network, the return of Idaho REICon, and a renewed focus on helping high-income professionals and business owners use real estate as a tool for long-term wealth, cash flow, and freedom.
