So many parallels can be drawn when observing addiction and fitness.
I believe that the same character traits that carry a negative perception through addiction can be positively implemented through fitness.
I’ve been blessed with the opportunity over the years to help many clients along their addiction recovery journeys with the use of fitness.
I personally believe that you cannot remove something negative from your life without filling what’s left empty with something positive, and for many, fitness is just that!
