On another dinner date, Katya offers Matt $1,000 to marry her in order to keep her and her 5-year-old daughter, Nikki, from being deported back to Russia. Michael finally signs the divorce papers, but he gets revenge by throwing a party and inviting all of his and Jane's friends. Kimberly becomes jealous and a drunk Sydney spends the night at their beach house. Meanwhile, Jane spends a romantic night with her divorce lawyer, Robert Wilson.
