Kentucky basketball's 2023 non-conference schedule looks fun and challenging at the same time.
On today's episode of Locked On Kentucky, Lance Dawe takes a look at the recent additions and updates to the Kentucky Wildcats' non-conference slate. Kentucky vs North Carolina will now happen in the CBS Sports Classic, as well as Kentucky vs Marshall and Kentucky vs New Mexico State for the season opener.
The Wildcats are very inexperienced, with an elite backcourt of DJ Wagner, Reed Sheppard, Rob Dillingham and Antonio Reeves leading the way. Justin Edwards, Aaron Bradshaw, Ugonna Onyenso and Tre Mitchell will also be big factors as well - don't forget Zvonimir Ivisic either.
ESPN's Dick Vitale released his preseason top 25, and showed some love to John Calipari and Kentucky basketball.
