These are difficult stories to talk about. But they are important.
Tomorrow, I'll share a Past Life Meditation that I created and that I have used in coaching sessions. It's completely free and you can listen to it as often as you like. As we near Halloween or Samhain, many people feel that the veil between this world and the next thins and we are able to connect with our loved ones more easily. This feels like an especially powerful time to do this kind of healing.
