Description

The National Institute on Drug Abuse estimates that between 40 and 60 percent of individuals in recovery will relapse at some point, and often that can happen during seasons of stress.  The holidays can be a tempting time for those in recovery. Holiday parties, festivities, the stress of family and friends and money issues can be difficult to cope with and for some, it may put them on the brink of relapse.

In this episode, we delve into ways those in recovery can deal with the stress of the holidays and how their family and friends can help and support them.
