Upon reflection of 75 episodes in under 15 months, Matt shares his continuing journey apart from Insights to Live By involving current challenges and future plans. Due to these factors and priorities, he explains why this is the final regular episode for the time being as he endeavors to make a greater impact as he launches the Life Upgrade and Mindset Reset courses, advances his second book (about Happierness) and pursues speaking engagements, including multiple TEDx presentations in 2022. All told, Matt’s continued personal growth and techniques to stimulate it provide a model for others to emulate.
