Things to try:

  1. Ask your spouse/kids/friends/colleagues what made them happy today
  2. Keep a specific gratitude journal (try 10 things to make sure you get specific!)
  3. Celebrate small wins along the way to your big goals / don't forget to be grateful for all the little pieces that will make up the big piece!
