-Implement screen time limits with a passcode
Eliminate Distractions
-Turn off notifications
-Put your phone in wind down, downtime, do-not-disturb, and even a good old fashioned physical time out
Start Well, End Well
-Avoid early morning and late night social scrolling (this is relative to your wake up and bedtime; just don't allow it to be the first or last thing you do each day)
-Physically place your phone somewhere else (get an alarm clock if you need to)
Take a break
-Social media fast
-Delete the app for a season or permanently
-Delete the accounts
