Traditional resolutions don't work well because:
Look for solutions! Change your approach. Small habits produce big results. Take small steps to implement a system until it's part of your routine. When you get really good at that one, add another one. Rank your goals and prioritize. Focus on one at a time to ensure that you can complete them.
