Traditional Resolutions vs. Finding Solutions

Traditional resolutions don't work well because:

  1. We stack too many things and create too much pressure. We overwhelm ourselves before we even start.
  2. We don't have a plan to help us follow through. Even simple goals needs plans.

Look for solutions! Change your approach. Small habits produce big results. Take small steps to implement a system until it's part of your routine. When you get really good at that one, add another one. Rank your goals and prioritize. Focus on one at a time to ensure that you can complete them.

Consistency is key!
