Today, the guys talk with Laura Conlee and Travis McLain with the Missouri Department of Conservation about coyotes and the new regulations regarding the usage of lights, nightvision, and infrared to hunt them at night starting in 2021. First, Laura gets into the history of coyotes in the state and discusses how they are so good at adapting to their environment. After that, Travis goes into detail about the new night hunting regulations that will allow items like the ones mentioned before from February 1st to March 31st each year. Travis also gets into why the new regulations were passed and what exactly that means for the coyote hunter in Missouri. As always, more information can be found at MDC's website, www.mdc.mo.gov.
