I’m a little late on dropping this podcast episode (recorded 3/17) But this was on day 76 of the 75 Hard Experience… Two 45 min workouts a day, 1 gallon of water, no alcohol, and a diet… every day for 75 days. I had a lot of excuses as to why I wouldn’t be able to pull through with this. Not only was I happy to wrap it up, but blown away by some of the unexpected shifts I learned from it.
