Description

It's time to question the notion of being well-rounded. Trying to be good at everything is exhausting and completely unrealistic. Regardless, this societal myth drives us to strive for mastery in every aspect and we often overlook our natural talents and strengths in pursuit of improvement. This means we find ourselves working hard to improve in areas that will never become a strength, and this battle negatively impacts our self-image and confidence.

In contrast, the CliftonStrengths philosophy tells us humans are “pointy" with specific talents and strengths. This philosophy tells us that each human has natural talents that can grow into strengths. It tells us that each of us was put here on this earth to do something better than anyone before us or after us. It uplifts us and gives us confidence.
