In episode 5, we turn our attention the impact of purpose on finding and hiring the right people. Karen Bailey offers four steps to help companies weave their purpose into the recruiting process and the importance of identifying people whose values align with the business.

e. Training plays an ever present role in helping to weave purpose across the organization. If you want to find and hire people who fit your culture, you need to first build a strong culture. Training a plays key role in this.
f. A brand or purpose book is a great way to get people on the same page. Writing down your purpose and what it looks like in action helps everyone get clear about the expectations and behaviors that align with the brand.
