After retiring from pro soccer at just 28, Darian Jenkins knew she had a future on the business side of sports, but she didn't think she'd land a job so quickly. As chief of staff with Gotham FC, she's in a position to continue the growth of the league and usher it into a new era.

We sit down with Jenkins to see how she landed the gig so quickly, reminisce on her playing days, and see where the future of women's soccer is headed.
