Sometimes we have storms that need something sure to hold on to. Other times there’s a lot of waiting and you sure don’t want to drift. So, what does a believer do to keep from drifting? There is plenty of distractions to keep your life ship from remaining secure and sure in the storms, in the changes, or just in the waiting. Just leave shore without your anchor.
To keep anchored in your faith, and to keep from drifting, you will need God’s Word and cling to every one of His promises. It’s critical to use the anchors that God provides. You will want to navigate life with an anchor. It would be like driving without brakes. What is your anchor? What are you clinging to?
