Thad Fisco has been a Portland businessman for over 20 years as a commercial developer, entrepreneur and owner of Portland Kettle Works. He has seen the city rise from the recession of 2008, a situation that required local innovation and investment and now must overcome the economic challenges posed by the pandemic.
