After a lawsuit was filed against Governor Kate Brown of Oregon and risk levels for the coronavirus have slid downward, she has once again backtracked and is now allowing limited capacity of indoor dining and occupancy of gyms and other businesses. Also, birth rates are down in America, a trend that has been ongoing since the recession of 2008.
