Penn State football recruiting is still questing to find it's running back for The Class of 2023. However, since he got an offer back in March, one of Penn State's top targets is four-star running back London Montgomery. The Scranton Prep tailback sat down with the host of the BWI Daily Edition, Thomas Frank Carr, to discuss his recruitment.
