The Seattle Seahawks hired Mike Macdonald to replace legendary head coach Pete Carroll this offseason in large part to fix the defense. On a sunny day at Lumen Field today, the Hawks defense showed a dominant side in mostly holding Seattle's offense at bay in their formal mock scrimmage.
Several young players stood out on both sides of the ball, and I was there to witness it.
