I believe that the reason Jesus stopped by to HBO ( help this brother out) has something to do with the fact that he respected the fact that this brother kept showing up.
For 38 years this brother kept showing up. ( Respect my brother)
Despite the fact that His confidence and his faith had been tested for 38 years, yet here he is at the pool of Bethesda again still hoping, still believing and still showing up.
