After looking at the issues that may arise in a close knit rural department, we look at what happens when a police force is as big as a city population. Though the danger is potential in any county in America, we're facing a massive problem within the LASD, LAPD and its 30,000 soldiers that affects US citizens, non-citizens, and beyond that- a hindrance on solving missing cases.
