Antenatal education is something that most women experience to varying degrees during pregnancy. It's also something that varies greatly in terms of depth, quality and opinion.
In this episode, I'm delighted to be joined by ex-midwife Zoe Findlay, who is so passionate about antenatal education, that she left her career in the NHS to start up her own business, educating expectant mums and their partners.
We explore what has happened to this education over and following covid, and more importantly, the impact on birth preparation and ultimately the birthing experience.
