Raquel knows the importance of having the right professionals on your side when it comes to buying or selling a home. She has experienced the emotional purchase of buying or selling a home as a first-time home buyer, in addition to managing the stress of being a newlywed. She has also had the unfortunate experience of managing an estate of a loved one who has gone too soon. She is currently engaged to a man with four children of his own, making her a home manager to a very large household.

Raquel started her podcast to shed light on topics that are not discussed on a day-to-day basis. She wants to get through the noise and communicate truthfully about the things that often fall by the wayside. Raquel intends to bring on all manner of professionals, ranging from real estate agents to seasoned professionals, to discuss details that can't be found on Google, but that will make all the difference in a buying or selling experience. She jumped up and grabbed a box to move to the Special Assets Department to help unload toxic assets due to the Great Recession. She wrote policies, procedures, and strategies to help unload commercial and residential properties. She also handled underwriting of residential real estate, including short sales, and managed the disposition of assets from foreclosure. She transferred to Gibraltar Private Bank and Trust to gain additional experience and eventually become bank president.

Raquel also assisted Anna Navas, the Vice President and Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Manager at the International Bank of Miami. She experienced a ton of layoffs at the bank and was certain that she was next to go. It was then that a colleague and friend, Casey REITs, asked her to help him with a new project. The President of the Bank asked if she had been given instructions.

The goal of the podcast is to offer a wealth of information that can be used to make informed decisions about where to live.
