Paul Works as a functional rehabilitation specialist and does online coaching for sports performance and powerlifting. Jay Nera is also CSCS certified and is the Owner and head coach at Dynamo Barbell and CrossFit OTown. Jay is the Former #1 ranked powerlifter in the world at 220 and member of the Canadian National bobsleigh team.
