This week’s guest is like a sister to the Vega family. It’s not her first time on the show, either. But in today’s episode, we are going to talk about the evolution of Rachel Gregory, and how she transformed her body like never before last year. Rachel was sick of spinning her wheels and finally hired a coach to work with her and put her on a plan. This plan included experimenting with new diet strategies, implementing a progressive exercise plan, and creating more mindfulness in different areas of her overall lifestyle.

She learned SO much about herself throughout this process and also realized that she had all of these new insights and strategies that worked and that needed to be shared. So, she took ALL of the strategies she learned and implemented for herself, and put them into creating her Keto For Women Program which has been a massive success.

We’ll get into that, and lastly, we will be giving you all a sneak peak into a really cool challenge that Rachel, myself, and Drew Manning will be leading on February 17th.
