This week’s guest is a great friend and source of inspiration for us. Sian Haworth-Liu is using a ketogenic diet to achieve optimal physical performance, body composition and a healthy lifestyle. She’s a PT assistant, supermom, and physique competitor. Her first show was at the end of July, where she placed 2nd in 3 different divisions! She also just competed in the 1st NAKA keto games and expo in Dallas and got 1st place. Sian loves sharing her love of food and fitness with her community in order to educate people on how they can optimize their health with food.
