This week we continue our Real Men series with our good friend David Webb. David is a 32 year old a father of two beautiful children, Whitlea (6) and Wyatt (3) and has been married for 9 years to his wife Nikki. He’s currently serving on Active Duty in the United States Air Force. He’s been practicing a Ketogenic Lifestyle for the past two years and most recently switched over to a more Carnivore approach in the past 7 months. The reason David started Keto in the first place was to honestly just try another diet. What he did not know is that it would later help with the eating disorders that he has struggled with for the past 10 years or so. He’s recently just shared his story on why he started Keto and it’s healing effects in his life and with his eating disorders. David still has his issues with eating and body dysmorphia but each and everyday he tries to take steps to improve and enjoy this continued journey of healing. I want to add something personal about David that describes him perfectly—David is an encourager. Positive leaders are great encouragers and it's something the world needs more of. With so many people telling us we can't succeed, we need to hear people telling us we can. David is a natural born leader and someone I admire for how well he promotes others successes and supports so many people in this community.
