Today’s episode takes us to Music City where Dave & Paul chat with Claire Francis, the Sr. Marketing Director for Bridgestone Arena and the Nashville Predators. Claire talks about the journey of increasing capacity within the building, the protocols in place, and what went into creating their Smashville SAFE plan. Having a strong relationship with their local government, health department, and the NHL, allowed them to be one of the first buildings to open up to fans and set an example for other venues around the country. Plus, hear about what makes their venue unique, including their Rehearsal Hall. We also discuss Claire's expansive career, starting at TNA IMPACT Wrestling, working in the food retail industry acting as marketing support for franchise owners around the country, and then back to working in events once again at Bridgestone Arena.
