Doug: "Keep it authentic to a certain extent. It has to be done right with a right message. It's context more than content, I think in a way. Content is the type of videos, whether it's a personal video message, a testimony, but context is who's your target audience?"

Doug: "I like to say use video everywhere it makes sense. Video, podcasting, and just podcast, some cases, video, a simple text, audio will suffice. Watching a video is an investment in my time."
