Deadline for historic California hemp legislation is upon us, will it pass?
The 2018 Farm Bill sparked the hemp industry surge, unfortunately the broad nature of the legislation also created uncertainty. Until federal guidelines are in place; creating legislation to manage the industry is the responsibility of each state. California hemp legislation AB 45 is scheduled for August 31st, Patrick Goggin, general counsel of the California Hemp Council joins Justin Benton, Janet Benton Gaillard, LaTara Parker, Amos Lozano and Dan Humiston on Clubhouse to discuss the Bill and what needs to happen to get it passed.
