Parents need to know the Word so that you can teach it to your children. Your kids' salvation begins at home, not in your church's youth ministry. Watch for teachable moments every day where you can demonstrate God to your children. You are teaching your kids by your actions all the time. Don't be afraid to worship with your family. You'll never be bigger and stronger in your family's eyes than when you are leading them.
