Remember all those mistakes we made when we first got to college… staying

up too late? Not getting enough sleep? The dreaded freshmen 15lb (err

20lbs)…

While we can’t take any of these pitfalls away for our kids, there is now

help in realizing there is a way to approach college that not only helps

educates our kids going into it but hopefully also helps them learn a few

lessons that aren’t as painful as failing a class or not taking care of

oneself.

Jill and Dave Henry share a witty, fresh perspective who are not only just

a few years removed from the process, but also the benefit of being

athletes and now coaches of teens, to help all parents and teenagers build

strong habits so they can succeed through college and beyond.
