A long-awaited paper, titled 'Processes to Promise', by Professor Andy Neely, Director of the Cambridge Service Alliance, looks at the way in which complex service providers use business model innovation to deliver sustainable growth and maps out a dozen key issues that should be considered. They fall into three different subheadings: value propositions, value delivery and accountability spread.
