Emerging from the Parisien underground some two years ago Il Est Vilaine have enjoyed releases on Rotten City, I'm A Cliche and Sprechen with their undefinable yet fiercely edgy club sound. Their recent remix of C.A.R & Red Axes on Kill The DJ should count itself amongst one of the years best remixes.
