Description

In this podcast, John Attanasio discusses how campaign finance cases of the 1970s such as Buckley v. Valeo have had a dramatic impact on income inequality in America, as elected representatives prioritize the views and interests of their political donors rather than those of their constituents. He proposes reform of campaign finance laws and offers insight into how the situation could be improved without infringing on the First Amendment rights of US citizens.
