On today's show, we kick the week off with two awesome Big Interviews (brought to you daily by UNC Lenoir Health Care) -- Will Sutton of Trenton and Stan Andrews of Sparta.
After several weeks of tough battles, Will is competing for The Titan Games championship on NBC tonight -- you can watch it in Eastern North Carolina at 8 p.m. at WITN-TV.
He tells us about his journey to the championship round -- which started in the weight room several years ago at Jones Senior High School and has wound through N.C. State University and teaching at Croatan High School. He also lets us know about working alongside Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and many other subjects.
Opening the show, though, is Stan, a clinical researcher who was about 3 miles from the epicenter of Sunday morning's earthquake in Alleghany County that shook folks from Virginia to Georgia.
Ironically, Stan also is on the front lines of trying to find a vaccine for COVID-19 and he shares some of his thoughts on that subject, too.
