Making his first appearance on the show on today's show is Chad Rouse, a candidate for the Lenoir County Board of Commissioners. He tells us about growing up in the county, playing football at North Lenoir and later at Methodist College, working for the Kinston Police Department, why he is a candidate for the county commission and many other subjects.
