일본 도쿄를 중심으로 활동중인 라이브 아티스트이자 프로듀서 O-Ma는 앰비언트, 정글, 그리고 IDM으로부터 시작된 음악적 뿌리를 가지고 있으며, 이러한 그의 음악적 다양성은 현대 일렉트로닉 음악의 딥테크노, 실험음악에 대한 독특한 해석으로 이어지며 음파와 사운드에 깊은 무게를 둔 자신만의 독보적인 사운드 세계를 구축해 나가고 있다. Monument (언더그라운드 팟캐스트/웹진)의 멤버로 활동중인 O-Ma는 2017년 프랑스의 레이블 Otium을 통해 “The Momentum Series I” 라이브 앨범을 발표하였고, 2018년에는 일본 Katharsis 레코드의 컴필레이션 앨범에 참여하였다. O-Ma의 모듈러 라이브는 일본과 해외의 다양한 이벤트들에서 정기적으로 선보여지고 있다.
O-Ma is a live artist and track maker from Japan, with no conventional musical background. He covers a wide range of genres from deep techno, ambient to experimental, jungle and idm, with a heavy emphasis on sonics and sound quality.
He is a member of Monument. Also involved in independent labels such as Otium (fr) and Katharsis Recordings (jp).
He performs regularly in Japan and overseas, taking his modular rack with him whenever he goes.
