Mariana da silva Schneider is the founder of G.L.O.W. (Global Ladies of Wort) and recent recipient of the U.S. Davis 'Pour it Forward' scholarship, which is designed to support diversity, leadership and cross-cultural understanding in the brewing industry. Mariana founded the G.L.O.W. to break bias and promote equality in the brewing industry.
