Damien is Co-Founder of Varuna Surf, a sustainable wooden surfboard company on a mission to redefine the world of sustainable surfing. Damien is also an environmentalist, public speaker and community leader who works as National Campaign Director for ocean conservation charity the Surfrider Foundation, successfully leading paddle-out protests across Australia.
