i used my own track (Disquiet0215) as the source material
in ableton live
track 1 Helm played live
track 2 Disquiet0215
track 3 Disquiet0215 with delay
track 4 armed to record
done in one take :)
track 4 was exported to audacity where the .wav was trimmed
a general compressor was applied
ambient synth
