While assembling mix these last few weeks and thinking about the direction I wanted it go, I noticed that elderflower had been popping up in various points in my life. Elderflower is one of my favorite words...it's oxymoronic with the sophistication and experience of an elder contrasted by the youth of a flower in bloom. The taste itself is worth mentioning, which is delicate and sweet in nature…I tried to capture all these things in this mix, sophistication, spirit, delicacy, and sweetness, and I hope that came through.
