Here’s a little trivia: Austin has 13 sister cities, 3 friendship cities and a Music City Alliance in locations across the globe. One sister city is a town in France called Angers. This week a French brass band from Angers is in town to promote musical exchange between our two cities. They’re called Fanfare Les Skroks and they’ll be performing at some of Austin’s popular destinations like Barton Springs Pool, City Hall and The French Legation.
