One organization manages the flow of electricity in almost all of Texas. It’s called the Electric Reliability Council of Texas, or ERCOT. Every year it comes out with a forecast to predict whether the state will have enough juice to get through the hot summer months. That latest forecast is out, and KUT’s Most Buchele has the details.
