In this episode, learning about Ireland's first survey of those bereaved by suicide. I speak with Dr Eve Griffin from the National Suicide Research Foundation about the work that they do and she explains why it's so important to understand the experience of bereaved — from close family to wider community like carers, friends & emergency service staff. This research will inform public policy and how better to support those who have been affected by suicide.
