Description

Ever wondered what the creative process is behind the films, tv shows and theatre productions you watch? Well, Crew Chats is a podcast going behind the scenes and chatting to the crew that help make these productions.
For today’s episode, I was joined by retired Costume Designer John Bloomfield and his wife, retired Illustrator, set and costume designer and Wimbledon college of arts lecturer Ann Beverly. As well as having cultivated their own careers they frequently collaborated on projects together such as, ‘The Mummy’ and ‘Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves’. Their careers span nearly five decades across theatre, TV and film. John’s TV credits include, ‘Dr Who’, ‘Poldark’ and ‘The Six Wives of Henry VIII’ for which he won a Bafta and his film credits include, ‘Conan the Barbarian’, ‘The Mummy Returns’ and ‘Waterworld’ to name a few.
