For Episode 54, I had the opportunity to speak to costume designer, Veera Kapur Ee, who kindly took some time out to speak with me whilst she was on set. Working in Indian cinema, Veera started her career as an AD and fell into designing commercials which led to her being asked to design her first film. Veera has worked on a wide variety of successful films and television shows, such as, ‘Qala’, ‘Hindi Medium’, ‘Sardar Udham’ and ‘Piku’ to name a few. We discussed how Veera got into designing, why Indian cinema is known worldwide and more.
