The Irrational grew up in Oran-Algeria, expatriated to France in 2001 as a control system student, and settled in Berlin-Germany in 2006. He is currently working in the energy sector.
As a teenager, he started his musical journey in the hip-hop and R&B scene to slowly converges to more hypnotic sounds. He creates Techno and Hard-Techno sets. He released two techno tracks the ‘NaN_914519’ contains samples from the 60’s sci-fi series ‘The Prisoner’ and ‘Afro-Acidiac’ a pure industrial techno track containing samples from a real wind turbine generator noise. He recently featured in the DB Artists Podcast hosted by Idriss D.
The Irrational is fascinated by sound processing and perception and, using engineering principles, looks forward to positively impacting the electronic music community. He is currently working towards releasing his first EP.
